Good news! Based on the number of requests from our community, we’re extending the Founder’s lifetime subscription membership offer through the end of the 2007. We’re also in the process of working on bringing more payment options online, including Pay By Cash and Paypal, and we're working hard to include the ability for players to use debit cards, which we know is the preference of many players in our European community.

We have reactivated the ability to get a subscription membership. We’re currently accepting credit cards as payment methods and are working to bring both PayPal and PayByCash back online as soon as possible. This has taken us slightly longer than expected as we’ve needed to work with several other companies and banks to ensure the security and integrity of our subscription service.

We know that many people tried and failed to subscribe early on, especially in the EU, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our Customer Service group will sort out any issues that you might have with billing.

An important note: Beta testers should NOT create a new account to become a subscription member. Please use your Beta account to access your pre-order or special offers.

Another Important Note: a US subscription gives you membership benefits only on the US server. Likewise, an EU subscription gives you membership benefits only on the EU server.

There seems to be a little confusion regarding US and EU accounts, and applying badges to them. First and foremost, you must create separate accounts for each region you wish to play on. Of course, you can use the same account name assuming it's not already taken, but an account does have to be created for both regions.

US registration can be done here at www.hellgatelondon.com.

EU registration can be done at www.eu.hellgatelondon.com.

If you have a pre-order code you'd like to redeem, you must apply it to both accounts separately for your in-game items to show up on both accounts. Redeeming a code on just one account will not activate your items for both regions.

Similarly, if you are subscribing, subscription benefits will only appear on the account you subscribed with.
